Refund and Returns Policy

Item Return

We always do our best to accommodate your return requests. The item must be in original condition and in the original packaging and properly packed within 14 days of the delivery date. 20% of the total purchase price will be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee. You should be aware that shipping and delivery fees to and from CreventBOX are not refundable. Your item will be examined upon return, after which exchanges, credits, or refunds will be given. Tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition because of misuse or damage caused by a customer. Please keep in mind that furniture is vulnerable to damage during shipping. For this reason, it’s important that you please keep and use the original packaging materials for any items you wish to return.

Damaged Item Return

We at CreventBOX do our absolute best to properly package our items for delivery.

If an item does arrive damaged or is missing parts, please notify us immediately within 7 days of the delivery date by email at returns@creventbox.com, or by calling +1 (646) 892-9740, so that we may best serve you.

Claims received after 7 days of delivery cannot be processed.

Delivery Fees

Our shipping procedures are based on the types of items we sell because of the variety of goods we offer. 

The “Checkout” section specifies the delivery charge for each item. Each quantity ordered includes the delivery fee for the item.

Orders are processed and delivered from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. From the time your order leaves our warehouse, the delivery window typically lasts 3 to 10 business days.

Standard Ground Delivery offers delivery right to your front door (if the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building).

Please Note: Un-crating, un-boxing, assembly, and trash removal are not part of Standard Ground delivery.

Several truck delivery carriers offer additional services to help move merchandise inside your home or office, and also for un-boxing, un-crating, assembly, and trash removal. At the time your merchandise leaves our warehouse we will update your order with tracking information in the “My Orders” section of “My Account”. 

Then, if you’re interested in additional delivery services, you can speak with the delivery company directly. In this case, you are responsible for paying the truck delivery company directly for any extra services.

Certain items require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with “No Signature Required.”

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Alaska and Hawaii Standard Ground Delivery

CreventBOX also offers delivery to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee. The delivery fee to these States will automatically be applied during Checkout.

 Our Packaging

At CreventBOX, we approach the quality inspection and packaging of your order with precise attention to detail. As most of our products make their journey to us from Europe, we ensure that each item is thoroughly checked before its delivery to you.

Before leaving our warehouse, each product is removed from its original packaging and examined for damage. We keep a photographic record of this process, proving that everything leaving our warehouse does so in perfect condition. Then, to meet CreventBOX’s own packaging standards, we protect each item with additional internal packaging before resealing it in its original box. Larger or more fragile items, such as certain chairs or glass, are further protected in wood crating. With these proactive measures, CreventBOX has a very low return rate due to delivery damage.

Please Note: The wood crating at the top of the item’s box will be secured with screws, instead of nails, to make access to the box and removal of the item easier.
